I am looking to re-home my 4 year old Bloodhound Honey due to a change in my circumstances meaning I am unable to offer her the time and space she needs for a maximally enjoyable life.
Ideally Honey would be re-homed with other dogs and a family who know the breed well and have hobbies such as trailing, shooting, hunting etc so that she can utilise her natural talent of scenting.
Honey is an extremely gentle dog who loves cuddles. She’s brilliant with children of any age and other dogs.
Honey currently lives with a 10 year old Rottweiler so would preferably go to another household with dogs- she’s a very social girl.
I’ve thought long and hard about this re-homing as she is genuinely a fantastic girl and such a lovely character- but with my job and housing situation following a relationship breakdown I can no longer offer her what she needs.
I don’t want to re-home Honey to just anyone, I want to make sure they’re the right fit for her needs and they understand the breed.
