Description
Here is our 6 month old, female black and tan dachshund who we are unfortunately having to rehome.
We are rehoming her due to the demands in both our jobs having picked up more than we expected, so she is spending more time on her own. Because of this we aren't at home enough to give her the attention and company she loves, needs and deserves.
She is incredibly loving, eating and drinking well (she LOVES food!), loves going for walks and sleeps great during the night. She is a beautiful puppy who is full of love and cuddles.
She is used to everyday house noises and the hustle and bustle of life with children. She loves human company, and will make the best companion.
She loves to follow you around, and unintentionally plays the floor is lava (she loves standing on your feet... think the hard floors are a little chilly for her paws!).
She is great with our two young children (7 and 4 yrs old), who often carry her like a baby! They all love to run around playing chase - she does like to jump up a lot when playing, which we keep encouraging her to not do, so please bare this in mind if you have young children as she can get very excitable.
She is toilet trained outside, however odd accidents do occur.
She does have a crate, which is used for her downstairs bed and her safe space - we don't leave her in there when we're out, so I wouldn't say she is fully crate trained. She has full use of our kitchen/diner, which is hard floored - we do close off the sofa, so stop her jumping up and back down.
This is a sensitive sale, so please only get in touch if you're able to provide the best, loving home for her and one where she won't be alone for extensive periods of time each day.
Please read up on owning a Dachshund to make sure she is the right breed for you and that you can accommodate the wants, needs and time š¾.
She is microchipped, has been regularly wormed and fleed, and is up to date with all vaccinations.
She will be rehomed with her bed, two blankets, toys, a collar, food/drink bowls, current puppy food, training treats, and poop bags.
