It is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult decision to rehome our black Labrador puppy, Stanley. He is a wonderful and intelligent boy, but we have come to realise that our current lifestyle is not the best fit for his needs.
Stanley is full of energy and is currently receiving more than double the recommended amount of exercise for a puppy his age. Despite this, he still requires more physical and mental stimulation than we can realistically provide. He is highly intelligent, eager to learn, and picks up new commands and tricks very quickly. With continued training, he has the potential to excel in a working or highly active environment.
He can be mouthy at times, as is common with puppies, but with consistent training this is something that can be managed. We strongly feel that Stanley would thrive in a rural setting. Ideally on a farm or a home with plenty of land where he can have the freedom to explore and the opportunity to engage in meaningful, stimulating activities.
This decision has not been made lightly. We love Stanley dearly and want only what is best for him. Finding him the right environment where he can truly thrive is our top priority.
