Nacho is a fantastic boy! He is thriving in a wonderful foster home, in Grimbsy. He's got a very sweet, charming and loving nature which comes through the more he gets to know you. He's a sensitive boy and takes a while to get to know people, but he soon warms up and wants all the cuddles! He is honestly the best cuddle buddy! He can live with a calm female dog with proper introduced, he has the most beautiful relationship with my girl and it's lovely to see them snuggled on the sofa or playing together! He could also be an only dog. He sleeps through the night, is fine to be left, can live with cats, and is housetrained as long as he's taken out regularly. He is a medium energy dog and loves his walks once he stops being a couch potato! He prefers quieter, rural walks and loves the beach! He was very nervous of traffic when he initially came to me but we have worked through that and he now doesn't have an issue with it but he may regress in a new environment with new people. He is sometimes worried by groups of people or loud people/children, so in this instance we just move over to let them go first and he gets lots of praise and treats for staying calm. He is a bit worried by visitors, especially men, but with patience and kindness he comes around and was snuggling on the sofa with my dad after only a few visits! Rural or semi-rural home would be ideal. A secure garden so he can spend his first few days not needing to go out and can instead focus on bonding with his new people. He is such a cuddlebug once he is bonded with you He is perfect with cats and we can provide evidence of a cat test if needed If you are looking for a mini shepherd type dog, Nacho is your boy! He has done walks with friends dogs (including a pub visit) which included male dogs and he was absolutely perfect.
