Description

* If you would like to apply to adopt Flossie please fill in our online application form below which you will need to copy and paste into your browser . This is NOT the questionnaire that Pets4homes ask you to complete* You can apply to adopt her at this link. https://sdwildlifeanimalrescue.co.uk/adopt-here This is an online form that is very easy to complete. Flossie is an exceptionally friendly Yorkshire Terrier. She really is a lovely girl and someone will be extremely lucky to have her. She is in foster care as her owner has had to go into assisted housing and cannot take her. She is used to very small visiting children whom she was really good with. She is in a foster home where a 3 yr old grandchild comes whilst her mum is at work. She gets along with other dogs, both big and small, we can cat test but so can’t imagine she won’t be good with cats, she’s a very laid back girl and she greets every person and dog she’s met as though she’s known them all her life. We would like to find her a home with someone ideally retired who has lots of time to spend with her. but we could place her into any home and she would just fit in. She is fine being left for a few hours She has not been walked on a lead so is a little unsure what to do but is getting the hang of it. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes until they find their forever homes, this gives them time to adjust if they have lived in an outdoor environment. All of our animals come with 7 days worth of food and 5 weeks insurance from Agria Pet Insurance, as-well as lifetime Rescue Backup. Adoption is subject to a home check and adoption contract. In some instances an initial home check may be able to be completed via video call. Once we have received your application someone will be in touch to discuss him and arrange a home check if you would like to proceed. If an application is not successful on this occasion we will contact you to ask if you would like to be placed on our waiting list. We treat each adoption on an individual basis We are a not for profit registered company. Please contact us for further information
