Frank is a very well trained springer spaniel, he is at a high standard.
Can be handled close or at a distance, stops on whistle, sits to flush/shot.
Steadiness when picking up behind the gunline needs some work, he will pick feather and fur no problem.
He would do better in a one on one home, or less dogs than I have.
He has already been on 20 odd days picking up beating but struggling to work as part of a large team.
Is has a fantastic nose and picks runners very well, retrieves from land and water no problem.
