Meet Champ, a stunning 7-year-old male German Shepherd with classic looks and intense loyalty — but he’s not your average family pet.
Champ has shown territorial and reactive behaviors, and he requires a firm, experienced handler who understands the German Shepherd breed and is committed to ongoing training and structure. He is not suitable for homes with children, other pets, or inexperienced owners.
Champ is:
* Highly intelligent, eager to work, and trainable in the right hands
* Protective and alert — typical GSD traits, but currently unrefined
* Best placed in a home with working-dog experience or someone familiar with reactivity and aggression training
* Crate-trained, housebroken, and food-motivated
* Needing plenty of physical and mental stimulation, not just a Garden
This dog has great potential, but he will need time, consistency, and someone who can be his leader — not his roommate. With proper structure and training, Champ could thrive as a working companion or in a home with clear boundaries.
