Ash is a gorgeous 1.5-year-old Silver Merle Cockapoo with a heart full of love and a soft, curly coat to match. He’s house-trained, walks beautifully on and off leash, and has great recall—except when he spots another dog he’s convinced is his long-lost best friend! In quiet, open spaces, he comes back reliably and loves to explore by your side.
Ash is crate-trained and sleeps soundly through the night. He’s friendly with other dogs, cats, and children—truly a gentle, sociable soul. His only struggle is being left alone during the day. Despite trying a dog walker and different routines, Ash finds being home alone incredibly distressing and will howl until someone returns. However, when he’s with another dog, he’s completely content. Because of this, I believe Ash would thrive in a home with another friendly dog to keep him company.
I’m making the heartbreaking decision to find Ash a new home because I’m a full-time healthcare worker with long shifts and overnights, and I simply can’t give him the consistent companionship he deserves.
Ash is the best dog—loving, loyal, and full of joy. I’m looking for a special home that can offer him the time, love, and connection he needs, ideally with another dog in the household.
