Description
Sage is a pure 4 year old Ragdoll, who I was given to about 2 years ago by a friend of a friend who couldn’t look after him anymore due to a move. He is the friendliest, cuddliest cat ever. Loves falling asleep with you. He’s a vocal cat, will love to tell you when it’s dinner time and loves attention from anyone. Ragdolls are known to be the “dog” of cats and he is so funny, cute and silly like one. A very smart, playful cat but loves his sleep alot. He’s 50/50 an indoor, outdoor cat but never goes far and always comes when I come the door and either shout or whistle for him for his food. He’s on Whiskas wet&dry food which i’ve found is the best food for him to be on. Uses the litter tray or goes outside fine, never had any issues or any accidents. He came with his brother but since i’ve had him, they haven’t really got along. I have 5 cats in total and Sage sometimes overgrooms the base of his tail due to stress. He did it for a while, took him to the vets - nothing medical and he stopped for a while and it grew back. Vets put it down to stress so I need to put his best interest first and I feel he needs to be in a house without as many cats and his brother stressing him out and someone who can give him more time and attention. He has recently started grooming his tail again, so I know he can’t stay here as he still can’t settle 100%. He does get along with other cats but just maybe not as many as I have. I have a child who’s 4 so he’s great around kids but i’m also having a baby very soon and unfortunately even more so, will not have the time for him that he requires. He is microchipped, neutered and vaccinated but all from the previous owner and I do not have that information as she didn’t give it to me. I have tried over the 2 years to get said information with no luck but the vets did say I can take him to be scanned by them, get his number and change information through the company he’s registered with but I haven’t done that yet. Would like him rehomed asap, as I feel he can’t stay here much longer unfortunately. Not doing this for money but for him. Thank you x
