Description
Meet Stella
Stella is a 15-month-old beautiful young dog looking for her forever home. She was rehomed as a puppy, but sadly returned to us recently as she struggled with nerves and lacked confidence in her previous home. We couldn’t let her end up in a kennel, so she has spent the past month back with us alongside her mum, dad, and two siblings. Her dad is a bullmastiff cross ridgeback and the mum is a staffy cross malamute.
During this time, we’ve worked hard to train her, build her confidence, and help her adjust. Stella has come a long way, but she will need an experienced, patient owner who can continue to guide her with love and consistency. She really thrives when she has someone calm and reassuring to lean on.
She previously lived with two children, but we don’t have children in our home, so any future family should take into account that she will need time and effort to settle in again. She has also worked with a trainer previously in her old home, and that foundation will help her new family continue her progress.
Stella loves to run and truly enjoys her freedom, so regular off-lead walks in safe areas are important for her happiness. While she gains confidence around other dogs, we are also helping her become more independent, so a home that balances both would be ideal.
In the home, Stella is a dream — no chewing, no toilet accidents, and she loves cuddles. She is also crate trained (though we won’t be sending her with one, as we crate train our pups from birth). She is fine when left for a reasonable amount of time.
For peace of mind, Stella comes with everything she needs to settle into her new home. She has been neutered by her previous owner, is flea-treated monthly (on the 15th), wormed every three months, and her yearly booster will be up to date before she leaves us.
Stella is not a dog to be rushed — she needs time, patience, and a lot of love. We will be very particular about where she goes, as we want to ensure she has the best possible future. If you are serious, committed, and willing to answer our many questions, please get in touch. Stella deserves a family who will bring out the best in her.
When it comes to meeting Stella this will need to be done a few times so she gets used to you. We want the first time to be in a familiar place for her which will be on a walk
Thank you for taking time to read this, I hope the perfect owners are out there for Stella. Please do not message “if she’s available” if the post is still uploaded
