Nikki’s life changed suddenly when she appeared out of nowhere on the streets of a rural town. Witnesses say she was dropped off outside a small shop, left behind without a glance. Despite this cruel start, she radiates love, trust and gratitude – a cosmic kind of goodness that draws people to her.

Nikki is a dream of a dog – incredibly smart and quick to learn, well-behaved and very obedient. She loves toys, runs around with joy, and plays like a youngster. She is sociable with people and dogs alike, friendly and generous with her affection. At her foster home, she has shown herself to be calm, gentle and deeply human-oriented. She walks beautifully on the lead and adapts easily to routines. With cats, she peacefully ignores those she knows, but will chase unfamiliar ones, so a cat-free home would be best.
