Description

We have a beautiful litter of exceptionally well bred KC standard short haired Dachshund puppies looking for their forever homes! 4 chocolate girls 1 black & tan girl 2 chocolate boys 2 black & tan boys Puppies will be KC registered They will be health checked, microchipped, have their first vaccination and be wormed to date before leaving. They will come with 5 weeks free insurance and a puppy pack with some food and a blanket with mums scent. Our puppies are raised in our busy, loving home environment and are well socialised. They are used to kids (younger and older) and other dogs - we also have a Dalmatian and another dachshund that they love to play with. They are familiar with all usual household noises. You’re welcome to view them and see their personalities and choose the right puppy for you. Mum is our much loved family pet. She is a black & tan KC registered standard dachshund who is 4 years old (born 2021). This is her 3rd and final litter. Dad is a chocolate & tan, KC registered standard dachshund. Both parents have a great nature. The puppies from the 1st litter are now 2 years old and the second litter are 1 year old. They are all fantastic dogs and are thriving. We would love to keep in contact after you purchase the puppy as we did with the previous litters to see how they are coming on and happy to offer help and advice if needed. (Obviously this is optional) Also happy to offer to puppy sit for any holidays you may have providing it doesn’t clash with our own holidays. We have a Facebook page - cocos pups standard dachshunds You can see more photos/videos of the puppies here and also see how the first and second litters are doing Puppies are priced at £1500

Pros

Extremely affectionate and loyal little dogs

Very intelligent Dachshunds learn quickly and know how to please

Fun-loving and playful by nature

Energetic and feisty Dachshunds like to be kept entertained

Cons

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own

Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints

They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise

The breed is known to suffer from quite a few health concerns so vet bills can be high and why pet insurance is so important for anyone owning a Dachshund
