Description

It is with great difficulty that I have to urgently advertise my beautiful 15 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Ethel, as my personal circumstances makes it too difficult to give her the life she deserves. She is spayed, fully vaccinated as of 28/08/25 and her kennel cough will lapse in October. She is currently insured under PetPlan. Ethel has a few allergies and her current diet caters for this. This includes potatoes, rice, salmon, corn and millet. Ethel is a very sweet confident and energetic dog that gets along with all people and other dogs. Due to her higher than usual energy levels for her breed, children should ideally be at least 7 or 8 years old. Ethel is terrified of crates and as such, they should not be used for any form of training bedding or transportation. She travels in a car really well after a walk, often sleeping the whole journey. Ethel is unable to live with cats as she will relentlessly chase them. She has partial hearing impairment (nothing medically wrong with ears however) and combined with her energetic and playful nature, it’s a vets recommendation that she be kept on a lead at all times when not in a secure area such as a garden or paddock. She ideally would like a home where someone is usually present, however she can be left on her own for up to 6 hours after a morning walk. She is very confident and will adapt very quickly to whatever home she ends up in. I hope somebody is able to provide her with the loving home she deserves. Due to work commitments I’m hoping to have her rehome before October 17th. Main location is Waddington but I regularly visit Gorleston too.
