I was born like this – completely BLIND, so I don’t even know what light or eye sight is… The puppy farmer who made me come to life, decided to dump me -as surplus to requirements- on the door step of a small Veterinary surgery. No comments from me.
The lovely people there took me in and they contacted this “Friends inDeed” charity who promised to help finding a home for me in the UK.
I am microchipped now and fully vaccinated, so I am ready for a new Forever Home - a person or family with enough confidence and some experience with Belgian Malinois or German Shepherd puppies ; I will need some training - as I have a lot of growing to do and I can be quite hard-work, to be honest...
I’ve recently had some blood-tests done - to show everyone that I’m a healthy girl… apart from me being blind, of course.
Friends inDeed have also had me spayed - as they didn't want me to go on wrong hands, as those who dumped me...
Well behaved and affectionate, I can thrive as the only Pet in the household, but I can happily live with another dog.
I’m almost house trained and I love walking on a lead.
It looks like they're going to have me spayed, before rehoming me.
As they do with most of their dogs, Friends inDeed can bring me straight to you -anywhere in the country and you do not pay a penny until you have me.
Friends InDeed is a registered Charity.
Home-Check (even done online, at times) is mandatory.
They do NOT supply dogs to non-genuine Dog-Loving people. There are all kind out there... can’t be too careful !
You must have your own garden and no children under 10 years old to adopt me.
F-i-D do not supply work, assistance or service dogs, regardless of what noble/moral that would be !
They are actively involved in neutering stray dogs and they are not encouraging breeding.
Should you adopt me, I will reside as a PET in your Home and I will be well looked-after and loved !
Preferred method of contact is over the phone or WhatsApp - as they work during the day, with limited access to emails ; it is also more expedient - you can exchange most information in one go.
Friends inDeed keep in touch with all adopters (more than 500 families, so far). On request, they can obtain & provide good references from any of them. Should you adopt me, you will agree to keep in touch with F-i-D, for years to come - so they can help with any issues.
