Regrettably we are having to rehome our lovely one year old girl, Ruby. Ruby is the most loving lab with perfect temperament around people and children. She’s got the best relationship with my one year old daughter and that’s why I’m devastated to be rehoming her. Unfortunately Ruby needs a lot more than we can give her and a bit more training. Ruby loves other dogs but she’s very energetic around them so can’t be let off the lead without some strict training which we have tried but unfortunately haven’t succeeded.
Ruby’s favourite toy is her squeaky pig. You can buy these from pets at home for about £3 so she will always have an affordable favourite toy. BUT, don’t leave her around shoes as they are also her favourite (if you know what I mean)
As you can see by the videos Ruby adores the water and loves walks in the woods. A home that can offer Ruby walks every day is essential and we won’t let her go otherwise. New owner must have a reasonable sized garden. Ruby currently lives with cats and is fine with them. I haven’t tried her around other animals such as sheep/rabbits and other livestock so that’s something the new owner will have to try. Ruby would make a fantastic mother as she’s very maternal but she will be spayed before she is let go unless a breeder is able to provide enough evidence that I’m satisfied she’s going to the right person.
