FTW sired KC Registered Working Cocker Spaniel Puppies.
I am happy to announce the arrival of a long awaited working cocker spaniel litter from my bitch Ermadonata Bech at Faolandale known as ‘Lexi’.
Both dam and sire are from proven working lines including Byrbwll, Maesydderwen and Mallowdale with plenty of FTCH and FTW dogs. They are also good looking examples of the breed with nice coats, so should produce some lovely good looking pups.
The litter consists of 3 dogs and 4 bitches.

1 Chocolate (white chest blaze)
1 Blue Roan
2 Black and White (white on chest and paws)
Dam:
Lexi is a medium sized blue roan working cocker spaniel bitch. She is a much loved family pet and working dog who has a soft loving temperament and a biddable, eager to please nature. She is a pleasure to both own and work, and really does the breed justice. She is great around other dogs and children. Her willingness to please has made her a pleasure to train and she has the all important ‘off switch’ which also makes her a dream in the house. She is everything I would expect from a cocker spaniel.
She works during the shooting season on local pheasant, partridge, woodcock and grouse shoot days and is particularly in her element on woodcock days when the cover is very thick and dense. She has one hell of a nose on her and loves nothing more than getting her nose down on a scent and hunting hard to find the bird. Excelling at the job cocker spaniels were bred for. She now has several seasons under her belt.

‘Ozzy’ is a good looking medium sized chocolate working cocker dog. In his first season of trialing he accomplished a win in novices second time out and two fourths in opens. A biddable consistent dog who is eager to please, Ozzy is a beautiful example of the cocker spaniel breed.

The puppies have been bred for health, type, trainability and natural ability. The combination of the dam and sire complement each other both in type and temperament. They should produce some very well rounded, biddable dogs that will excel both in the field and at home with natural ability. I will be keeping one of the pups myself, to train up and work in the future.
The puppies will be raised in a busy home, with no time or expense spared. They will be exposed to daily life and well socialised.
The puppies will be:
- Kennel Club Registered
- Come with 5 weeks free insurance
- Legal tail docking certificate from vet
- Microchipped
- Vet checked (twice in 8 weeks)
- Regularly wormed
And will come with an extensive puppy pack including:
- Food trial pack (2.5kg of food, measuring cup, money off voucher and brand information)
- Gundog training starter pack (puppy dummy, whistle lanyard, money off voucher)
- Toy with scent of dam/litter
- Blanket with scent of dam/litter to help puppy settle into new home
- Lifetime of support and advice if needed
I am only looking for the best active homes for these puppies.
Puppies will be available to view, with the mother, from 5 weeks of age.
I will be taking names and contact details of people interested before then, who will then be invited in the order of interest to view (and potentially choose) the puppies when they are old enough for visitors. A deposit of £300 will then be required to secure the puppy of your choice.
Puppies will be 8 weeks old on the 15th July and will be able to go to their new homes after that date.
