I please ask for no judgement as this is already such a heartbreaking time for us, but sadly we are seeking a forever home for our beautiful 18 month old girl inka.
Inka is just such a special girl, she oozes love and affection and loves nothing more than human companionship, but sadly she finds a home environment with children far too stressful and this causing her distress.
Everything from the very first day has been done correctly, we did puppy classes, junior classes, fully crate trained with clear boundaries, but it just seems that her genetics aren’t for families with children.
Inka has never bit, but she has growled to let us know she’s uncomfortable with our son to close, on walks and visiting children she’s absolutely fine, but she treasures me and prefers the company of mature adults.
Inka is spayed, fully vaccinated, wormed and flea treated, the only time she’s ever had to be seen for anything other than stated above is to undergo surgery for rear dew claw removal.
Inka is fantastic and excitable on walks she will run the fields to her hearts content, play with other dogs and greet others walking.
Inka really is perfect and I know that she will fill a families home with so much love. Sadly I can’t change the fact I have 2 children, and watching inka struggle in the environment just isn’t right nor fair for her.
It’s crucial I find a home for inka that will be for a lifetime, the home we are ideally looking for is as an only pet or with another dog that’s past puppy years, she is fine with females but does prefer males.
Homes without children are the only homes we would consider for her as this is what she needs to thrive.
I am happy to be vetted etc I’ve left nothing out this is a very open and honest post.
I will be asking for a contribution to ensure she goes to the right home, but the right home is my top priority above everything.
