I am looking to rehome my handsome dog Duke. He is just shy of 1 year old. He is good with children and very intelligent. He has been castrated. We are rehoming him due to our cats who we have had for alot longer than him. Unfortunately he just chases them, barks at them and if he catches them he pins them down and this is causing them to be very miserable. We have tried all sorts to get him to stop but this just seems to be his nature so would not recommend a house with cats take him on. I'm sad to see him go but I can't let our cats suffer and rehoming them is definitely not an option. He is generally well behaved but still a typical boisterous teen but aslong as he gets a good run and played with he is fine. He is crate trained and we don't leave him out of his crate if we are out because of the way he is with the cats so I can't say how he behaves when he is by himself in the house. We will all be sad to see him go and would like him to go to a nice family who will give him all the love and attention he deserves.
