*full size rats available January, dwarf rats available now *. We have some baby rats available from our breeding programmes including a small number of pocket sized dwarf rats. They are lively and inquisitive and used to being handled. Our full size rats are top eared or dumbo and sometimes we have rex. We breed full size siamese, black, blue, black and blue hooded, capped and variegated. If you are interested in anything we don't currently have please ask to join our waiting list. The dwarf rats are mostly male and siamese, some are rex and some are dumbo. These dwarfs are a genetic mutation where the rats grow between 25 and 40% of normal size. They are much less prone to cancers than full size rats and live longer on average. Dwarf rats cannot be kept with full sized rats due to their small size and need cages with narrower bar spacings. Normal sized rats are £20 for 1, £35 for 2, £50 for 3 and £60 for 4. The dwarf rats are £35 each. All the rats are ready to go 9 December onwards. We do sometimes have older retired rats. Please contact us if you might be looking for one to go with a bereaved rat. Rats can only be sold in pairs or larger groups unless you already have a rat/or rats which they will be going to live with. All our babies come with breeders certificates, information leaflet and handover food. Collection from Bradway in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Payment by bank transfer is preferred.
