Description

Location: Stockport Price: £750 per kitten (Serious inquiries only. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve.) Overview of the Litter We are delighted to announce the availability of three truly enchanting Persian kittens. These luxurious little clouds of fluff are being raised with immense love and care in a clean, quiet, and engaging home environment. • Breed: Persian (Longhair) / Doll-Face type (see mother’s photo) • Colour: Stunning Pure White/Light Cream coats, hinting at the majestic, long-haired elegance the breed is famous for. • Current Age: 3 Weeks Old (Born: 09/08/2025) • Sex (Tentative): We strongly suspect all three are Males, but their small size at this stage means we cannot guarantee this. Final confirmation will be provided by our vet at the first check-up. • Rehoming Date: Kittens will be ready to leave after they reach 12 weeks of age. As responsible caregivers, we ensure our kittens stay until at least 12 weeks for optimal social and physical development. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: As the kittens are only 3 weeks old, no vaccinations or health checks have been carried out. The Mother The mother, a beautiful example of a Doll-Face Persian (as pictured), is our beloved family pet. She has a wonderfully sweet and gentle temperament and is highly social. Potential buyers must view the kittens with their mother in our home, as required by UK law (Lucy's Law). We are happy to discuss the health history of both parents, including their moderate facial structure which promotes better breathing and eye health. Early Socialisation Our kittens are currently being extensively socialised to ensure they grow into calm, adaptable, and confident companions: • Sound Desensitisation: Exposure to a range of common household noises (vacuum cleaners, washing machines, TV/radio, doorbells). • Habituation to Handling: Daily, gentle handling to get them accustomed to being picked up, having their paws, ears, and mouths touched (essential for future grooming and vet checks). • People: Exposure to various people (male, female, different ages) for positive human association. What Your Kitten Will Come With To ensure a smooth transition, each kitten will leave with a substantial starter pack: 1. Contract of Sale: Providing assurance for both parties. 2. Scent Blanket: A blanket carrying the familiar scent of mum and siblings to help them settle. 3. A Week's Supply of Food: Their current wet and dry food to avoid digestive upset. 4. Favourite Toy: To provide comfort and familiarity. Commitment Required for a Persian Cat Persians are wonderfully affectionate, docile, and placid cats, making them ideal indoor companions. However, due to their luxurious, dense coats and unique facial structure, they are a high-maintenance breed that requires a dedicated owner: • Daily Grooming: Absolute essential. Their long coat requires daily brushing with a metal comb to prevent painful matting and to manage shedding and hairballs. • Daily Eye Care: Their large eyes can be prone to tearing, which needs to be gently wiped daily with warm water or a vet-approved solution to prevent staining and infection. • Quiet Home: They thrive in a calm environment and prefer to be lap cats rather than high-climbing adventurers. We are seeking homes that can truly commit to the daily care and indoor lifestyle essential for this breed.
