This is Bambi, she is a British short hair tortoise shell lilac and cream cat. We have had her since she was a kitten. She has such a lovely temperament and is extremely loving and affectionate.
Since we have had our children Bambi does not like the loudness of the house and is very scared of them, she used to sit downstairs with us cuddling on the sofa and chatting away , but now she doesn’t and won’t come down from upstairs. I’ve given it time since we’ve had the children but nothing has changed and I just know she’s not happy anymore and it breaks my heart but she deserves a better life.
She can’t go to a home with children or any dogs she’s very scared of dogs.
We do have other cats that she is alright with but she doesn’t bother with them much , I think she would prefer to be the only pet and must be in an adult only home.
She’s not shown much interest with going outside and is quite happy aslong as she’s got a nice warm sofa and someone to sit with, she knows her name very well and is a very chatty cat. She will take time to adjust in her new home but with the right person who’s patient with her she will come out of her shell and be her happy self again.
