Billy is a loving cat, He has a problem with his back legs, He can still run, play, jump, HE ISNT IN PAIN,
Hes been to the vets and had several X-rays, They have said its something he was born with,
It doesnt effect his everyday activities (as seen in the video),
He also loves playing, all the time.
He is coming from a home of 4 cats so is good with other pets, if introduced properly.
He has not been snipped just yet.
