Winnie came to us about a year ago due to her owner having had a baby. Winnie is hesitant men or strangers and initially likes her space, she takes a while to warm up to new people and is best being introduced slowly. She doesn’t run off when off lead but does need to practice recall a bit more before being given full freedom. Winnie should ideally be the only pet in the home and needs an owner who is experienced in training dogs and will be able to give her the time and attention she needs. Winnie pulls on the lead sometimes and is scatty when she smells a cat or animal. She is super playful and loving once you win her over but due to having 2 dogs already and an unplanned pregnancy it breaks my heart that I am unable to meet her needs and give her the life she deserves. Winnie is fully housed trained. Winnie would benefit from an adult only household. Winnie has been spayed and can not be used for breeding.
