Looking to rehome our little peach coloured female syrian hamster. I’m not certain of exactly how old she is but i know she’s a baby still, maybe 7 weeks old.
I bought her for my little boy as his first pet recently so he doesn’t feel alone when he sleeps at night so i feel very sad about needing to rehome her but unfortunately she isn’t content with her cage (habitat 3 from pets at home) and needs a lot more space which sadly we are unable to offer her. She’s circling her cage and pacing back and forth at the door aswell as climbing the bars looking for a way out.
I’ve held her a couple of times in the short amount of time we’ve had her, she’s never bitten me and she’s very sweet and friendly but she’s very active and is keen to be on the move at all times so not ideal for a young child who is looking to just cuddle and hold her.
I only want her to go to a loving home that is able to offer her the space she needs to be happy with plenty of stimulation and enrichment.
