I’m going to be honest with this post and say that we bought Arlo in the summer holidays to add to our family of 7 (2 adults 5 children) and hoped that he would be a friend to our bichon firse who is 10..
Unfortunately we’ve realised that we’ve taken on too much by adding a puppy into the house.. Our dog doesn’t like the puppy at all.. we all love Arlo but he’s a handful and we just don’t have the time to spend with him..
Having young children it’s difficult to have him around them even though he is lovely! He’s abit nippy and jumpy at the minute which is just his age..
I didn’t realise when I bought Arlo that he needed his injections exactly 4 weeks after the injections with the breeder.. so he hasn’t been out for walks yet.. he is having his 2nd injection on Monday then I think he can go out 5 days after that..
Arlo needs to be with someone who’s got the time to play with him / and spend time with him.
At first he was nervous around other people but he’s slowly getting better and less anxious around new faces.
We can give you his toys, bed and food.
