Our Hoxton is not getting on with our other dogs (one is very unwell so maybe that’s triggering him) and we are having to make the difficult decision to put our two other dogs needs first, we have had him since he was 13 weeks old. We have had behaviour sessions and put in place their advice but sadly he just doesn’t like sharing his space or us with them.
Hoxton is an anxious boy and he has to get to know someone before he trusts them but after that- he’s absolute fudge and wants nothing but kisses and touching you and constant attention. I believe the term is Velcro dog ;)
He would do amazing in a only pet home with someone who’s got all the time for him, either works from home or is retired - as he is not good on his own and will wind himself up and I work from home so that I can be with them all.
He adores walking but only sees in straight lines until he’s burnt his initial energy off then he’ll stop to smell the roses as it were. Oh and his toe beans- nothing smells better than his!!! I’m addicted to them.
