Description

Wirehaired Vizslas have quite different temperaments from smooth coated Vizslas: they have a goofiness to them that makes it impossible to be in a bad mood when they're around. They are known as being "velcro dogs" because they tend to stick very close to their humans, even when off the lead. Extremely gentle and fantastic with children, as well as being very strong hunters if that's something you wish to pursue. Some of Gretel's previous pups have done hunt training and have excelled -- again, references are available. Very low shedding and just generally amazing dogs that deserve more popularity! These are home-raised puppies at a 5-star, licensed kennel with 26 years of dog breeding experience. The pups are very well-socialised and spend lots of time with their very nurturing, patient mother. Both parents have been DNA tested and cleared for HUU and have been hip tested. This is Gretel's third litter and all of her 20 previous pups have had clear hips with no problems at all. Sire is an import from Slovakia; these puppies have a diverse gene pool with an inbreeding coefficient of 3.6%, well below the breed average of 4.4%. References can be provided from buyers of Gretel's previous puppies. Please note: the pictures of adult dogs in this ad which are not labelled "Dam" and "Sire" are of some of Gretel's previous puppies all grown up!
