Hi! I am rehoming my 1 year old female jackpoo due to her anxiety led behavioural issues. Unfortunately I do not have the time to invest or the suitable environment to offer - unbeknownst to me when I bought her from someone who did not make her issues known. She is a really anxious girl around unfamiliar people/dogs and she needs lots of patience to overcome this. She has bitten people that haven’t slowly introduced themself - its not ever worse than a scratch but it can be intimidating for people who are unfamiliar with this behaviour. She is also reactive to other dogs on a walk. Aside from these issues she is an angel with my families dogs (labrador & dalmatian) and very playful with them. She is also the most loving dog when she is familiar with you. She is also not unusually protective with toys/bed/treats and behaves extremely well inside the house. I don’t know what she experienced in her life before I took her about 10 months ago. Hopefully there is someone who is able to work through these behaviours with her and I am looking for someone for her who is well equipped to work with this behaviour.
