Description
Unfortunately we recently re homed this lovely 2 year old boy Gavin , he’s such a loving and affectionate boy however due to having separation anxiety we cannot leave the home without him expressing himself , he came was house trained etc however I think due to his anxiety he’s struggling with change , so would need someone who is going to always be home , or someone who knows dachshunds really well and can train him to be alone and help him through his anxiety , if you can offer Gavin a loving home please don’t hesitate to contact us sadly the previous owner is unable to have him back due to him not getting on with her other dogs so

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
