Description
It breaks our hearts to be writing this, but through absolutely no fault of his own, our much-loved boy Doggo is looking for a new forever home.
Doggo will be 4 years old on 1st December. He belongs to my son, who is sadly moving somewhere that doesn't allow dogs. I would love to keep him myself, but due to my health conditions, I'm unable to give him the care and attention he deserves.
Doggo is a happy, affectionate, and incredibly loving boy who thrives on being around people. He has been a cherished member of our family and has a wonderful temperament. He's always pleased to see you, loves fuss and attention, and is a fantastic example of the breed.
He is brilliant with children and has never shown any aggression. Due to his size and enthusiasm, he may accidentally knock very young children over when he's excited, so this is something to be aware of.
As Doggo has Greyhound in him, he does have the typical prey drive you'd expect from a Lurcher. He can happily live around other animals, provided they don't trigger that instinct. Anyone familiar with the breed will understand this and know how rewarding they are to own.
Doggo is not neutered.
This has been one of the hardest decisions we've ever had to make, and we're in no rush. Our only priority is finding him a safe, loving home where he'll continue to be treated as a treasured member of the family.
If you feel you could offer Doggo the forever home he truly deserves, we'd love to hear from you. Please, serious enquiries only.
