Bailey – KC-registered cream Dachshund seeking a loving, experienced home Bailey is a very affectionate young boy, born on 23 August 2024. He is microchipped, KC registered and is not currently neutered. All of his paperwork is available, and his KC registration can be transferred to his new owner. Bailey loves company and forms a close bond with his person. He has recently experienced a significant change, so he needs a patient, understanding home that can give him time to settle and continue his training. This will include toilet training, helping him become more independent and gradually teaching him to feel comfortable when left alone. An experienced Dachshund home—or someone who understands the time and commitment involved—would be ideal. He should not be left for long periods initially. This is a very difficult decision and is being made because his current owner recognises that she cannot provide the right long-term home for him. Bailey’s welfare is the priority, so prospective owners will be carefully considered and asked about their home, routine and experience. He will not be rehomed on a first-come, first-served basis.
