Looking for a Loving New Home for a Very Special Girl š¾
This is one of the hardest decisions Iāve ever had to make, but I want to be completely honest about the situation and find the very best home for my dog.
Due to a recent separation, I now have to move house and unfortunately Iām not allowed to keep all three of my dogs where Iām going. Because of this, Iāve had to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome her. She truly deserves more than Iām able to give her right now, and I want her to have the life she deserves.
She is an amazing, loving and loyal dog who absolutely adores people and loves being around her humans. She has so much love to give and is a wonderful companion.
Sadly, she was attacked by another dog in our local park in the past, which has made her nervous around other dogs. Because of this, I feel she would be happiest in a home without any other dogs, where she can feel safe and relaxed.
Her ideal home would be: ā¢ A countryside home or somewhere with lots of space for walks
ā¢ No other dogs
ā¢ Someone who is home most of the time (retired or working from home would be perfect)
ā¢ Someone who enjoys daily walks and time outdoors
She is currently overweight, so regular walks and an active routine would really help her become healthier and happier.
This decision has absolutely broken my heart, but Iām trying to do whatās best for her. She deserves a home where someone has the time to walk her every day, give her attention, and make her the centre of their world.
She really is a beautiful dog with the sweetest nature, and I just want to find someone who will love her and care for her the way she deserves.

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
