She was mated twice with the most beautiful Toy Poodle Remington, for which I travelled 4 hours on two separate days, for.

Clear means the dog/bitch has been tested for the mutation known to cause the disorders. She does not have them, will not develop them nor does she carry them. Her puppies will therefore not have these disorders either.
