Description
Bruno is a loving and caring dog. Loves kids and other animals. Unfortunately due to personal and family reasons we cannot continue to keep him as our own. We are looking for a caring and loving family who will look after him and love him as much as as we have done. He is great dog if you stay in the house a lot as he likes to play with toys and also cuddle. He is crate trained to an extent.. meaning he likes to be in the same room as you. He is puppy pad trained if he’s got access but can have accidents it left alone and unable to reach them. He loves walks and very god off lead with good recall. But I would advise to bring ham or treats with you just for peace of mind. He loves kids, so great for family’s but can get protective of his food. My advice is to leave him in the kit he and let him feed with doors closed. (Cats and kids have bothered him in the past).

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
