Description
We've had guinea pigs before, and were raising 3 boys together since birth (all brothers). Everything was going well and we were completely on top of any aggression, but one morning we woke up to find that the other two boys beat him up quite badly 😢 We took him to the vets where he had stitches, and the wound is now healing well (in pics).
Unfortunately, our reintegration attempts haven't been successful. The other two are very aggressive towards him and seem to have completely rejected him. We never separated them completely - they've always been able to see and smell each other through the separator bars, so they definitely haven't forgotten him.
Sadly, this good little boy needs a new home :( He isn't neutered as there was no need to. If you have another boar, hopefully we can try introducing them. If you have sows, we can then neuter him, and integration shouldn't be an issue.
He needs to live with other pigs. He can't be alone - he's already getting lonely, even though he's right next to his brothers (but obviously can't physically access them). We loved and cared for him since birth, and can't stand to see him lonely, so he's free to a loving home.
He's super active, getting regular zoomies during floor time, popcorns loads, and wheeks when excited for food. I have multiple videos of him sprinting all over the place when he's happy, but they're all too large to upload. I'd be happy to send them over if you'd like. He's ideal weight and has been well cared for. Any questions, feel free to drop me a message!
