Due to a very difficult change in our circumstances, we are heartbreakingly having to rehome our beautiful family rabbit. She has been a much-loved part of our lives for the past five years, and this decision has not been made lightly. Our greatest hope is to find her a home that will love and care for her just as much as we have.
She is a sweet and gentle Netherland Dwarf rabbit, full of personality. Playful, affectionate, and wonderfully calm-natured, she is used to being around people and household activity. She has always lived indoors, so she’s comfortable with general noise and the comings and goings of family life.
She previously lived alongside another rabbit (separately housed, with supervised interactions), and currently lives in a home with a dog. While she’s not bothered by the presence of dogs, she can be a little nervous if they get too close – so a calm dog or a dog-free home would suit her best.
She loves to be stroked, enjoys exploring during free roam time, and forms strong bonds with those who care for her. We are looking for a kind and responsible family or individual who can give her the time, attention, and affection she truly deserves. Someone who understands that rabbits are intelligent, social animals and will include her as a valued member of the household.
