Unfortunately we are having to rehome our English bulldog Merle.
We’ve had her for just over 2 years from a puppy.
We’ve have 2 other dogs a male xl bully and a female French bulldog. Over the past few months our French bulldog has turned on Merle and they have had some quite nasty alterations.
Nelly is older and was our first dog who I rescued so it’s not an option to rehome her.
Merle is American kennel club registered and microchipped.
We did advertise her before but wanted to try and see if we could make it work between the 2 dogs as we really don’t want to let her go but unfortunately we couldn’t.
We would like her to go to someone who has no other dogs (please don’t ask if you have dogs already) and someone with older children (she hasn’t been around small children)
She’s very timid but is also a bundle of chaos and a big lump. She’s not keen on long walks but she loves to play and loves cuddles
If you work full time and will be out all day she’s not the dog for you so again please don’t ask.
She hasn’t recently developed cherry eye which we have been keeping clean with solution off our vet until she has the operation (this is something you will become responsible for)
Papers you won’t be getting as she’s a pet and not to be used as a breeding machine but we can show you them if you need to see them.
Microchip will be changed over to your name.
We’re not asking for money for Merle just a loving home which we would like to see before we let her go to ensure it’s suitable for her. She won’t be going to just anyone.
We will be selective.
We do ask however you make a donation of £100 to dogs trust or Birmingham dogs home if you do take her from us, this you will need to do infront of us so we know it’s done .
