Description
We have two male pups left from Treacles litter of 7 pups born 13th November 2025.
Both are Shaded Reds - Mumulands Vine And Dandy and Mumulands Burnt Emberheart
Both of these boys are show quality pups and are sired by the top producing stud in the UK Champion 'Wanderhund Viva Las Vegas', and Mum (Devondax Hot To Trott Around Mumuland) is also exceptionally well bred with both of her parents CRUFTS Qualified for life.
Mum is IVDD X-rayed and holds a current BVA Clear Eye examination certificate.
We are very experienced 5 Star Local Authority inspected and licensed breeders of Smooth Haired Dachshunds as well as Whippets.
Each puppy has been health checked by our vet and received their 1st vaccinations as well as being wormed appropriately and microchipped. Toilet training started at 3 weeks of age and is going extremely well.
They come with a a comprehensive puppy pack which includes scent blanket and comfort toy, 3kg of Purina Pro Plan Opti Digest Puppy food and a free box of Butternut Box that our pups have been weaned on and as well as age appropriate training treats, food bowl which is the same they are used to eating from, puppy collar, lead and ID tag and some other useful items to help our pups settle into their new homes.
Each pup has an information folder full of information about them, which includes growth and milestones, puppy characteristics, vet records, worming records, Vet health check certificate, diet sheets, microchip details and insurance documents and contract of sale. In addition to this Each of our pups follows a very comprehensive socialisation and habitation plan from birth which is designed for our new owners to continue over the next 2 years into adulthood and gives the new owners a way of tracking the socialisation progress of their puppy and helps ensure that they stand the best chance of raising an outgoing happy adult dog . All of which formed the example puppy raising guideline pack for the 2018 Animal Welfare Act reforms that Local Authorities used for training their inspection officers as we were involved with providing evidence and examples of what breeders should be doing to be awarded a five star breeding license.
It goes without saying that we give our puppy owners round the clock help and support for the life of their dog. We are proud of the fact that we are still in regular contact with the owners of our very first litter of miniature dachshunds from 2001 despite their dogs having long since passed and have made some wonderful friends over the years.
They are now ready to leave us and their siblings started leaving us last weekend as we don't allow our Dachshund pups to leave us until they are at least 9 weeks old and we are confident that they are ready and prepared enough to cope with stresses of joining their new families.
