Description
My little girl had her first litter of pups on 12 June 2025. Their dad is also my big boy.
My little girl has been a fabulous Mummy, very attentive, caring and a bit first time Mummy neurotic really. Head counting them constantly . I'm exactly the same, constantly on play ground duty and counting to 6. She has been a perfect Mummy. I'm so proud of her. She is a very loving and gentle girl and in her parenting that has shone through.
Their dad is a wonderful boy, he is ball crazy and would play 24 hours a day.
Pups where fed by Mummy up until about 6 weeks. When the nipple biting started. I moved them on to Eukanuba puppy with the addition of puppy milk. I've been hand feeding them various foods, chicken, cucumbers, apples, blueberries, bananas and peanut butter(dog safe). They all adore 🥕.
They have been handled, rocked, sang to everyday. Poor souls, I call it singing!
I've taken them out on car journeys as my pups all where terrified of the car and travel sick . If we've not gone for a drive we've just sat in it and had treat and they have had a climb around.
They have been regularly groomed so are used to it and really seem to enjoy it.
They have been surrounded by crates( abandoned by my big ones) some have liked to go in them , so they understand they can go and hide away.
There was thunder storm the other day and I let them go outside and play and they where not at all bothered. They are used to all household noises.
They have been bought up around my other adult dogs . Regularly see and hear farm cattle and heavy duty machinery. They however, have never met any children. They are very young and I cannot see that would be an issue. They have been adored and treated like my children where. They are full of licky loves😍 and very placid.
They have been wormed and flea treated. Been health checked by the vet . They however have not had any jabs, as my vet said if they travelled outside my area . The initial injection would be pointless and they would need to start the process again therefore exposing them to additional toxins. They have all been very healthy.
They are very content, happy and loving little souls. I will be very sad to see them move on. But, it's just not feasible to keep so many.
They are great little adventurers. Eat well, have very different tastes in food . Sleep very well. The toilet training indoors has been difficult, with 6 of them, puppy pads are just a source of shredding entertainment.
We spend most days outside for many hours. They have been perfecting their retrieving skills. Who knew a crisp packet could give so much joy? 😁
