Please don’t be put off by my long story, I just like to reassure new owners, and full information to reassure you that you are buying a well bred and cared for puppy.
So Maisie (Mum) is coming up 7 years old. This is her 4th and final litter. She is extremely friendly and somewhat of a guard dog. (She likes to bark, when needed), she is extremely obedient and does also does tricks. She also is trained of lead. Personality wise she is extremely lazy, she enjoys relaxing on a bed or a chair, just relaxing generally. She plays when she feels like it, but enjoys one to one cuddles and attention. She is very much a lap dog. She also enjoys a walk but not too long! She does enjoy the beach. Maisie is MAC tested, Kennel Club registered, BVA eye tested and fully vaccinated up to date. (All proof of this will be shown upon your visit).
Dad (Sidney) is also KC registered, fully vaccinated and BVA eye tested also. He also can be seen with prior arrangement with stud owner. Dad is very similar to Maisie, very relaxed and lazy too, he enjoys river walks with his owners and the odd chip or two, Sidney also is a well known stud and comes from an owner who also breeds Miniature Schnauzers.
Now the puppies, she had 3 amazing little puppies, they have all been weighed weekly, and wormed. There have been no issues etc and all are absolutely thriving, and born naturally.
They are under 24/7 care as to my licence they puppies are never left home alone, someone is always on the premises and we have CCTV in every part of our home and garden, you can’t be too careful nowadays, the puppies are brought up in the heart of the home the lounge, where they are used to all noises and young children. All my dogs are inside and out spoilt pets! Mum is with them all day and night and comes and goes as she pleases. You will be able to see parents and other dogs too, as well as all the puppy litter.
They are all fed on Royal Canin only the best! Mum has wet food to boost her energy also, as well as a selection of home cooked meats specially for the nursing mum.
Now I am a council licensed breeder, and I do have strict rules I adhere too! I am
also a Diploma Qualified Dog Groomer, so I like to think I know my stuff! I would like to know about you and your family and situation etc, and would like you to sign a contract of care etc! I am very strict as I have to be, these are my pride and joy and only deserve the best homes! I would require:
- Proof of ID, passport and driving licence.
- Proof of address, utility bills.
- Proof of vets you will use.
- Proof of finding a qualified dog groomer.
Obviously in return your choosing of a puppy will come with:
-A full vet check with proof and health card.
-Microchipped
-BVA Certificate Eye Tested
-Kennel Club Puppy paperwork
-Breed History
-Mum/Dad Paperwork
-1st Injections
-A guarantee life time of my advice and care.
-Toy, blanket, food, treats etc.

Also welcome to look where puppies are being brought up! Nothing is too much trouble, and very open about our busy lifestyle’s etc and how breeding is a passion and a hobby, please note we are not big kennel breeders we simply have a few litters a year all based in our home and family life.
I require a £200 deposit for the chosen puppy. This is non-refundable.
Balance due on collection.
Price is not negotiable, however I will negotiate if two puppies are purchased.
Please don’t be put out of by my strict rules I am simply being a good breeder and adhering to guidelines.
They are precious and deserve an amazing life as they have so much to offer, and don’t forget they require 6/8 weekly professional grooming, also in the contract.
