Hi I’ve got 4 male rats looking for a new home due to a change in personal circumstances.
Location - Peterborough
Number of rats - 4
Age - grey and black are 1 1/2 (they are brothers) and the other two (Himalayan) are just over 1.
Sex - male (none are neutered)
Origin of rats - a friend couldn’t keep them anymore last year so we took them in.
Details of health issues - no known issues.
Description of temperament - they have been handled regularly by children and adults, they come out and go in a run with boxes and tubes to explore. They haven’t been handled as much recently but really do enjoy playing and cuddling.
Ben the black boy can be a bit bossy at times. He’s very confident and loves exploring, he jumps into your arms when he’s offered to come out of the cage.
Tommy - the grey is happy to be handled but is equally happy to be left alone. He just like of does his own thing most of the time.
Big white boy & little white boy (they never actually had a name) - love being handled, they will snuggle, boggle, they are the friendliest of the four and will just sit for hours being cuddled.
