Description
Due to a change in circumstances, we are looking to carefully re-home our lovely dachshund. He has a fantastic temperament — very affectionate, loves cuddles, and is happiest when close to his people. He is great with other dogs and always wants to play, and he is also very good around children. He has been with us for a short time, and it’s become clear that he needs a home where someone is around most of the day, as he struggles if left for longer periods. This is absolutely no fault of his own — he is a classic velcro dachshund.
We are looking for:
A home where someone is home most of the time / all of the time Ideally someone familiar with dachshunds or companion breeds A loving environment where he can get plenty of attention and affection
This is a very difficult decision and we are committed to finding him the right home, not a quick home. Please message with details about your lifestyle, experience with dogs, and availability at home
