It is with a very heavy heart I haveto rehome Lenny. He has always been my number one and has been a very loyal boy. He has always been put first since having him from 12 weeks old, he’s now 6!
Me and my partner are now starting a family and have a 1 year old and Twins on the way. For this reason I just don’t have the time that Lenny needs me too give him. He absolutely loves too be out walking, visiting beaches, country parks and any field realy where he can run around on, but my circumstances have changed and no longer give him that time and energy that he needs anymore. Hes such a good Boy, he pulls abit on the lead but apart from that Hes very food driven and knows lots of tricks, he can sit, Paw, Spin, lay down… if you have some chicken he will even play dead if you pretend too shoot him!
It may be an unusual request but I am going too be very picky on who Lenny goes too.. it needs too be the right circumstances and I’d like him too move within short distance of York so I could still walk him now and again and keep in touch with updated photos of him please. It would also be abit of a slow process handing him over because I’d like a few meets first for Lenny to get to know you etc.
Lenny is very healthy and the vet always says how well he looks and at a good weight. Labradors are very greedy so usual quite fat! He’s good with other dogs, but Bigger dogs he needs to get to know first as he’s been attacked once before by a bigger dog so is now very wary! He’s good with children and my 1 year old has grown up with him. Lenny is always very gentle with him and likes to sit near him eating any snacks he drops along the way.
Please note - Lenny is NOT good for any breeder as he has been snipped! He wants to go too a nice home too enjoy the rest of his days with lots of exercise.
