It’s with a heavy heart that we have to say goodbye to Taika (although I’m not sure he knows his name, so you can call him anything). We’ve had him since he was a kitten - he’s now three and a half. He’s an independent soul who excels at mouse catching. He needs outdoor space to roam all day, and comfortable cushions or beds to plant himself on when he needs his beauty sleep. He’s ok with dogs that are ok with him, and spent the early part of his life thinking he was a fox and hanging out with the cubs across the road. The reason we can’t keep him is because he’s not the most child friendly cat, and his recent ambushes of our daughter - while certainly not vicious - have been the source of some anxiety.
We’re not fussed about getting a good price for him, we just really want him to go to a loving home, with plenty of space to hunt and the loving attention he deserves.
He will need his annual vaccinations and the address on his microchip changed but otherwise he’s in fine health. He eats Royal Canin dry food, has a soft spot for the occasional salmon pouch and will come with an auto-feeder that he is well accustomed to, and a cat carrying case.
