Due to no fault of Lunas she needs to be rehomed. She was originally given to me for my sick child with health problems as service and support dog however as Luna displayed signs of neglect from previous owners before me it was impossible to use her for the service as she can be difficult on walks where there are other dogs etc.
Reason for rehoming: She does not get on with my cats and needs a home without cats. Also has reactivity towards other dogs: Not aggressive but scared of other dogs.
Age: Luna is 2 years old.
Kc reg: She is from a champion bloodline and is KC registered.
Temperament: She is amazing with kids of all ages. No signs of aggression.
Other dogs: Luna is very reactive with other dogs this is no fault of hers but due to previous owners neglecting and mistreating her with lack of socialisation she is not good with other dogs. I have tried to help her through it but she may never stop the reactivity. She is not aggressive to other dogs she will lunge and bark at them in fear.
Cats: Luna cannot be housed with someone with cats she chases them and could harm them. She is not aggressive but as shes very big she could hurt cats. I will not let her go to a family with any other pets cats or dogs.
Training: Luna knows sit and down. She also knows to go to her bed when asked. Shes good at learning new tasks. Recall is good if shes in a field with NO OTHER DOGS.
Loud noises etc: Luna is not afraid of fireworks etc.
Potential new owners will be strictly vetted. She will not go to just anyone. I want
To make sure she goes to a good forever home and is well looked after. She has had three previous homes before me and she has been through a lot.
Feeding: Luna is on raw diet and kibble based diet. This breed needs a mixed diet it can be expensive raw dog food is 200 a month kibble 100 for a big bag lasts a month. This breed does not do well on kibble only diet.
Exercise: Luna is a very energetic 2 year old dog. She needs plenty of walks etc.
Housetrained: She is fully crate trained and house trained she does not make messes.
Vaccinations and flea and wormed: All up to date.
Please note Luna will only go to a forever home and one that knows the breed well and has plenty of space. I will vet any potential new owner for the safety and welfare of Luna as I do not want her to suffer as she did with her last previous owner before me!
Breeding: Luna is NOT for purchasing for BREEDING and will be spayed before being rehomed hince the price which covers her spaying!
