⭐️One boy puppy left⭐️ I am delighted to announce that Maus had a litter of 3 gorgeous boys (and 2 girls - which are not available for future new homes). Maus is not registered with The Kennel Club but is registered with the Working Teckel Society. She has undergone the following health testing and is genetically clear for: - Brittle Bone Disease (osteogenesis imperfecta) - cord1 PRA - Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) - Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis (NCL) She has also had IVDD X-ray screening. Maus has been a wonderful mother previously, producing puppies with excellent temperaments. The sire is from a Norwegian Dachshund line, chosen to introduce new genetic diversity to our breeding programme: Sunsong Star Chaser ‘Ernie’. All puppies will leave us microchipped, with their first vaccination, and will come with an extensive puppy pack and detailed information to help support their transition into their new homes. We will have started crate training and house training. As part of the vetting process, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire which will be emailed to you after first contact has been made. Please only enquire if you are genuinely interested, at home over the summer to dedicate time to your puppy and you thought long and hard about the commitment & financial implications to have a puppy, is really for you. Cons

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
The breed is known to suffer from quite a few health concerns so vet bills can be high and why pet insurance is so important for anyone owning a Dachshund
