His father is health tested with CLEAR results. We are pleased to introduce “FRED” our working Cocker Spaniel for stud. He was the pick of the litter as a stud payment for use of his father. Fred is a handsome dog with nice size and bone structure. He is working and will hit cover and is retrieving land and water. Very hard hunting dog with a serious nose and high drive. Fred is hunting all game and is excelling on woodcock. He has retrieved pheasant, duck and even geese with ease from water. Excellent around people and small children. Very friendly temperament and clean and quiet at home. Fred is a lovely example of a working cocker. His sire is my own dog and is used for rough shooting and is an excellent woodcock dog. His Dam is a stylish, honest little bitch with loads of drive and also a rough shooting dog and used mainly on woodcock in Ireland. The last few photos in this advert are of his parents and of the pups he has produced. Fred has sired 5 litters to date with strong and healthy pups. 8 X Sprocker pups 9 X Cocker pups 6 X Cocker pups 5 x Cocker pups 6 x Cocker pups Producing the following colours , BLACK, CHOCOLATE, LIVER and WHITE ROAN , BLACK and WHITE ROAN, LEMON. Fred appears to be carrying the lemon colour gene of his father. Fee includes 2 matings/ties with 24 to 48 hours in-between matings. If bitch fails to fall in pup then free mating on next season.
