We’re very sadly needing to give our beautiful Minnie up for adoption to a loving home.
Back story: we adopted Minnie in June because we were adopting her kitten to give our current cat a friend, but Minnie’s previous owner become allergic to her and asked if we could take her as well, which of course we were delighted. Unfortunately, our first cat hasn’t been able to warm up to another adult cat being in the house and it’s caused a lot of behaviour issues, and she bullies Minnie.
As a result, we’ve decided that it’s not fair on Minnie to be hiding away from another cat, because she’s such a lovely sweet girl. We believe it’s in her best interest to be in a home where she is the only cat.
This has been such a hard decision for us because we have grown very attached to her, but it’s just not fair. She deserves to fully relax and be able to own her own space.
Minnie’s temperament:
She’s the most gentle, sweet baby. She’s never once bitten or scratched us. She loves to be picked up and snuggled and her favourite thing in the world is bum scratches! For the most part she just chills out but she does love to be played with and she’s very nimble.
We currently have her as an indoor cat, but with her previous owner she did go outside so she would be very happy with either.
She’s microchipped, wormed and flea treated, as has very recently had a full health check at the vet. Our girl is perfectly healthy.
