No puppy will be homed before 02/01/26, they will be fully vaccinated health checked twice and Xmas will be over.
We will not home puppies before Xmas.
No undertaking will be given to home any of our puppies until prospective owners have visited us and been approved.
Our puppies are only available to (separate) permanent, loving, stable, homes.
Our Golden Retrievers bred from carefully selected Health Checked, parents, with exceptional temperaments and lovingly reared in our home for TEMPERAMENT first.
Behind our Golden Retriever puppies are 8 generations of careful home breeding.
The puppies parents and relatives live with us in our home.
Their mother is gentle, patient, affectionate, biddable, playful and kind. Their father is obedient, loving, full of fun and very biddable. Both parents have superb character, excellent conformation, and outstanding temperaments with children, people and dogs, both hold Kennel Club Good Citizens Dog Scheme Gold Awards.
Both parents are health fully checked under the appropriate BVA health schemes with excellent results.
Although our breeding includes Field Trial and Show Champions, these, like all our puppies have been selectively bred for the aptitude, temperament and character and outstanding training potential that makes ideal family members, therapy dogs and training companions.
All the puppies are very soft natured, tactile, adore people and love to be cuddled.
We are experienced, Qualified Dog Trainers, Kennel Club Good Citizens Dog Scheme assessors and Canine Behavioural Professionals who place an overriding emphasis on temperament, training and character. Our puppies are born and raised in the house in exemplary conditions where they are thoroughly socialised in a managed and positive fashion, with adults, children and older dogs.
The litter are thoroughly wormed, health checked twice, fully inoculated with a programme covering the full gamut of inoculations (for which complete formal veterinary documentation is provided), micro-chipped, very well handled, integrated into the domestic environment with a large family of companion dogs and thoroughly cuddled to produce outgoing, sociable, happy little characters. We specialise in puppies that are bred to be kind, reliable, responsive and biddable, the puppies’ relatives have proved themselves as support dogs, PAT dogs and wonderful companions as well as successful competitors in canine hobbies.
We value the ongoing contact that we enjoy with owners of all our dogs and their adoptive families and extend an invitation to our dogs and puppies to join us and their relatives back at the family home whilst their owners are away on holiday or during other absence.
Prospective owners should note the conditions of homing included here and if appropriate, contact us by email for further information which may lead to an initial telephone interview, following which potentially suitable owners may be invited to meet us and our extended canine family, including the puppies’ parents, and many relatives.
Our puppies are only available to separate, permanent, loving homes with day-time company, lots of fun and affection and where they will enjoy the gentle and consistent tuition that will enable them to continue to develop into well mannered and socially acceptable adults.
Whilst our puppies are very child friendly, any children must of an age that allows the new owners the time necessary to meet the needs of a vulnerable, dependent, developing puppy with a thirst for learning. Homes that already include other gentle, well-mannered dogs are acceptable but not essential.
New owners will be required to undertake to insure their puppy for life and to contact us for assistance if at any time, changed circumstances force them to part with them, regardless of age or state of health.
We will always take back any dog that we have bred regardless of circumstance.
As Professional, Qualified Dog Trainers (BIPDT) we are always available to provide support and advice to owners of our puppies. We care passionately for our puppies (of any age) and our after-homing support is ongoing and unlimited.
We do not under any circumstances export our puppies, sell to homes overseas or allow puppies to be exported. We do not supply our puppies to third parties.
Our puppies are not under any circumstances to be bred from, we do not sell puppies as "breeding stock", our homing agreement requires prospective owners to undertake that their puppy will not be bred from.
Regardless of distance, no undertaking will be given to home any puppy until prospective owners have visited us and been approved.
Our puppies are homed strictly as a companions and family members, whilst we welcome homes where owners take part in canine hobbies with their pets we do not home puppies where these activities are disproportionately the focus of ownership.
Our dogs are our best references as are the outstanding reports that we enjoy receiving from adoring owners across the UK and abroad. Our dogs are bred first and foremost for outstanding temperament, supported by health (both in the selection of parents and in careful rearing) as well as excellent character and conformation.
