Shandy is our 3 year old big personality Caucasian Shepherd that we want to live in a suitable and loving home. We are wanting her to be rehomed to a good family because: - She is very aggressive to other dogs, - She has occasionally been aggressive to strangers and those she is not fully comfortable around, - She has been very defensive over a bone we bought her, to the point that she tried to bite our 7 year old son twice, - We are not equipped to handle and train her. Harness, muzzle, lead, toys and some food (including treats) will all be included. We will only consider giving her to her new family once we feel fully comfortable that she will be looked after. Her breed is purpose bred to guard livestock, so someone who owns land for her to roam and animals for her to protect would be ideal. Shandy is very loving and loyal and with the proper training and environment, we know she will be the greatest of companions.
